  Idiots! A telco with an advertised phone number to make contact with them, no answer, no call forward, no message, nothing! Wonder what type of sales they are targeting? wish there was an option for negitave 5 stars. FRUSTRATED!

  Not enough staff, Waited 5 mins to talk to the person who could put my name at the end of the queue of 12. Had other appointments so didn't put my name down. Went back an hour later and had my name put at the end of the queue of 5 . Finally got a call about an hour after that to say I could go into the shop to see about my problem. By then I was on my way home and was certainly not going to head back into bundy to see someone in the shop. Should have been able to deal with this on the phone when my name finally came up on the queue

  If you need to ring this store for any reason they refuse to answer their phone. poor service. I would like to give you a higher star rating but you need to answer your phone so i can see the service.

  My alderly farther was had a appointmant for two weeks. When he arrived, the young girl kept pushing his time back. He had to leave with out his mobile phone fixed intime to be at the hospital.
