    Very disappointed. My sister and I ordered a $70.00 bunch of flowers for our mother on Monday to be delivered today by 9:30am due to work. 12:30pm still no flowers which informed our mum of a surprise tonight for her birthday. When I called, we were told that they were flat out with a wedding etc. and they would get to it asap. No apology or offer to refund the $10.00 delivery. What would of the outcome been, had I not called. I doubt my mother would of received her flowers at all. I hope they are definitely worth the $70.00 :-(
