  I brought a polo from them, during test drive I felt like a left deviation. They agreed to do wheel balance for 100 dollars and done But there wasn't any change. Later I got another mechanic in town to check it and he done wheel balance for 50 dollars and my car rides fine. I felt Toyota service awful, they could have asked that money directly rather than providing an invoice for a work that hasn't been done

  Not a happy customer! Had wheel bearings replaced at Bundaberg Toyota in February, 2000 km later in April started having problems, the mechanic in Weipa found the front drivers wheel bearin had collapsed and wrecked the stub axel which needed to be replaced. The vehicle was shipped to Weipa on the barge so did not travel on dirt roads, Nick service manager tried to blame the road, it has not been on rough roads! Have been given the run around by Bundaberg Toyota ever since, the Manager does not return phone calls. $900 later and Bundaberg Toyota says "not their fault " Have used Bundaberg Toyota every time we have been in Bundy for servicing ($3200.00 in 4 months) Service Manager said we weren't regular customers!! In the market for a new Toyota when we have finished work in Weipa, guess where we won't be going!!!

  Salesman happy to help at start, after financed was approved virtually pushed us out the door! Had to chase up many times after finance approval to organise paper work to sign and to pick up car, took 2 weeks to organise collection of car after approval and another week on, still waiting for final paperwork. Have organised elsewhere to have 4wd looked at as has problems possibly with Gearbox and headlights are not working! After paying a large amount for this Rav 4 you would not expect extra expenses!!!Would not recommend Bundaberg Toyota to anyone!!
