  Staff personnel are very knowledgeable about products. There are many assortments of fabric and accessories. There does need to be more of an assortment of triple weave ring curtains and a lot less of the total block sort.

  bundy spotlight is one of the friendliest stores. great staff and friendly which is great to have as some stores are not as welcoming. so well done staff.

  you no longer stock jo sonjas paints and it is the only brand that holds it's colour and doesn't fade i shall be shopping elsewhere

  Good products and prices but 3 staff near us seemed to be inconvenienced by us asking where to find what we wanted. One answered 3 times "we don't have any", when asked if item was available in another brand, staff member just pointed "maybe over there" and made no effort to help. Finally found the item and took it to the checkout where it scanned over $30 more than the price that was on their website. Girl on checkout told us the price must have just dropped and went to check. (we checked price on line 2 days ealier) Paid and left after price was corrected, would not recommend this store. No issue with the price confusion but customer service was almost non existent.

  Hobbies and housewares articles are at a current style. I do enjoy the friendliness of the staff.
